BAKING JOURNEY OF CHEF PRADIP Chef Pradip started out with the intention of following a career in fine arts but turned his artistic talent to the art of Pastry. He feels that he was extremely fortunate to work with celebrity chef GARY RHODES, chef JAMES MARTIN in U.K. Time spent working with chefs demonstrating such expertise inspired Pradip and helped him to begin his celebrated career as a Pastry Chef. Somehow Chef Pradip has also found time to help others to learn his craft by collating his most treasured recipes into a collection and share them to his students. He is now working as a freelance Pastry Chef and Customers will benefit from his valuable creative input to both his craft and recipes, as he further develop. The chef is based in Ahmedabad, Gujrat, India. From CHEF PRADIP I started cooking at an early age. as I born and brought up in Bengal and we are known for the good foodie, by the age of 20 I joined to hotel management school IHM KOLKATA, After completing of my course I joined to Taj Group Of Hotels, then ITC Welcome group. -Chef Pradip
